Present Prayer Concerns:

1. Pray for Steven Harper / and all elected leaders: Pray a mocking spirit be silenced, (in media and other places) Isa 11:2,3 Spirit of wisdom, understanding council be on him - discernment. Strong faith for our leaders, bless those who curse us. Prime ministers and His advisors not be beguiled in anyway.

Progress of Bill C-484, the Unborn Victims of Crime Act. Please pray that Christians across this country would become aware of this bill and get involved in encouraging their M.P.s to support it.

2. Military: Asks for our continuous prayers! Word was given that God will use the Military to reach the Muslims - (Let it be!) Pray protection and resources - Jesus love flow to and through them. Revival within the Military and

3. Prayer for MP’s elections coming up in Manitoba and Alberta: Pray for the Candidate. God's will be done. Pray for their support, favor, protection, finances. Authority is not elected but appointed.

4. Red Deer, Feb 29-Mar. 1-2, “The Prayer Saturated Church” Conference. If you desire copies of the weekend conference teaching contact cpn@icin.ca Pray speakers, God's clear revelation and strategy, pray for protection, good weather and road conditions. Pray for Word of Life leaders and organizers (Pastor Heather Mullen) Intercessors sensed, “Something good is going to happen" there.

• From Elizabeth Matthews Victoria BC. saw a bright light (like when something being welded together). Saw rods sticking out of the peripheral of the bright light. Had a sense that the Lord will be infusing, connecting, strengthening as we come together for His purposes. My sense was that is will be a glorious moment. Ps. 133.

5. Pray for Global day of Canada: Canada Directing Team: God's favor, direction and strategy, increase cities and region for GDOP

6. National House of Prayer and all Houses of Prayer in Canada: Rob and Fran Parker and Richard long to fulfil their God call and destiny, run the race with faith, love and patience. Spirit of Wisdom, revelation and knowledge. Pray for young adults in our nation who are considering "a Nazarite call" on their lives. Pray that all those who should be joining us at NHOP this March will have their financial needs met and more

7. The Cry: March 15th, Pray for many young people to join in fervent prayer: Continue to pray for Faytene Kryskow God’s appointed leader for this hour. A full day of intense, fervent, worship and prayer for revival in Canada, for reformation in Canada and for the Dominion of God to fill our nation from sea to sea.This is not a concert.This is not a conference.This is a CRY.

8. Pray for Neyri Africa: Bishop Wachiria Karani asks for intercession on behalf of Kenya Over 7000 pastors and their families with out homes and churches they have lost everything – burned out. A WARNING issued both electronically and by paper of another strike of Feb 27, 08 organized by the evil that has come against this nation. This is a nation wide warning that is stated to be worse than the last one in December. Many of the homeless are staying with Bishop Wachiria
• Pray for faith that will not fail, strength, protection and provision
• Pray the enemy’s assignment against them be cancelled.

9. Prayer for Brampton. Pray that the council will not proceed to tax the churches for areas not specifically used for worship. Pray they will not prohibit house churches from meeting in residential areas.

• From Elizabeth Zacks; Victory BC for Brampton, Ont. 'I will build my church' says the Lord, 'and the gates of hell will not overcome it.' " Mt.16 (We know that the image portrayed here is the gates being defensive and the church advancing - as in gates don't go to war, they defend against the attacking army.) Picture of the city gates, represented here by City Hall, hanging from broken hinges, demons fleeing back into the fortress, and the church of Christ like a mighty army advancing and will in time (through prayer) enter those gates and take the stronghold.

10. Israel: Pray for the peace of Jerusalem, Pray for Rev Joe Campbell, an ambassador for Christian for Israel – pray success, favor and God ‘s blessing as he travels across Canada.

11. The Body of Christ – the Church: Pray God will remove these four enemies of prayer: (1) Busyness (2) apathy (3) self sufficiency (4) Lack of vision and leaders to lead it. Pray we will be strong to break free and be transformed. Pray God plans and purposes for the Church to be exhilarated and we will be thrust out into the harvest!

• From Annette Bacon Camrose Alb. There was a huge tree covered in cocoon and the Lord said. This is my church and they are sitting as in a cocoon. I want them to struggle in order to get out of there because when they do I will give them wings and I will lift them up above their circumstances and show them what I see. I will give them eyes to see and ears to hear what needs to be done in their communities. I will lead them as they have never been led before but it will be a new thing. They will never want to go back to their cocoon as the promise that I have for them is about to be revealed but it cannot be revealed unless they are put to flight so they must struggle to come out. (I believe that the church has been complacent long enough and God is about to do a new thing but He cannot do it till we walk in obedience to the things He is speaking about. The person sitting beside you in church is already saved, God wants us out in the market place making a difference. He wants us to live Holy lives so that our lives will be a living testimony of who He is.

• From Shirley Hildebrand Winkler MB, Saw a HUGE ship with it’s life preserver hanging on the side of it crashing through the ocean waves in high speed. God woke me up at night and said that Ship is my body being accelerated, being thrust forth, moving fast to get the harvest in- as time is short. Pray for God’s Church to move in the fullness of God’s plan

• From Susan Copper Halifax, Nova Scotia: I was awakened in the middle of the night last Tuesday and I had a strong impression of a Canadian Naval ship and I heard its name "preserver". In the morning I checked the navy web site to find out info on the HMSC Preserver. I discovered her motto is "the heart of the fleet". Her emblem / crest has a life preserver with a red Canadian maple leaf on it and in the centre of the ring is silver starburst which represents the flare that goes off when the life ring hits the water.

Thank you to every diligent prayer person who stands in the gap to intercede for Canada at this pivotal time in Canadian history. You are changing history in the eternal and historical realms through your prayers and intercessions, even though it seems like little progress is being made. One day each of us will see the difference we have made through prayer and then we will be elated that we persevered.
